Valeport is a world leader in the design and manufacture of monitoring instruments for the offshore, environmental, water treatment and water distribution markets. Due to increasing demand and an expanding range of products, this role has arisen.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Administration Apprentice to join our busy Service team.
Training will be given so that you will become fully competent in all aspects of administration. Skills which you will be required to develop will include updating of spreadsheets, re-writing service reports, updating customer information.
This role will include the following duties:
Responding to customer emails
Issuing service quotations
Providing administrative support to the service department
Desired qualifications / experience:
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths Grade C or above
Worked with word, excel etc.
Training to be provided:
One day a week at South Devon College during term time
Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications gained in order to complete the Level 3 apprenticeship standard
You will have an assigned assessor coach who will complete regular progress reviews
Functional Skills Level in English and Maths if required for framework
Continued future employment within Service administration
