The situation is rapidly changing and we are following government advice to best protect both our staff and the Valeport business.
We would like to reassure everyone that Valeport is operating and contactable via phone and email.
All members of our team who have the capability to work from home are doing so and we will continue to offer the same services either from home or the office. Our manufacturing base in Totnes is operating, we have rearranged face to face meetings with phone or Skype meetings. For those members of staff who are working from our premises, they are advised to continue to follow the advice and instructions about handwashing and cleaning communal surfaces and our main focus is to ensure the maximum separation between colleagues to minimise the chances of spreading the virus. We have put in place procedures to facilitate this.
This is a unique environment and we will adjust our approach in line with government advice and work together to continue to deliver to customers and keep our Valeport team as safe as possible.
