Through to how we connect and look after people, whether they are working with us, for us or those using our instruments - we want to make sure we are respectful and considerate.

At Valeport, we have a loyal team which means we enjoy a very low staff turnover. One of our employees has been with us for over 50 years. We feel we work best when we are together, so all staff work out of our riverside premises in Totnes. We do consider requests to accommodate flexibility around working arrangements/days where possible.

Valeport places a significant emphasis on staff growth and development, with staff completing training on a regular basis. Some of our team also attend college courses at South Devon College one day a week, and we have others completing apprenticeship courses with us.

Valeport takes pride in looking after it’s employees and offers a range of benefits to staff such as membership of a private health insurance scheme, an additional day’s holiday for employee’s birthday. Find out more about the benefits of working at Valeport below.
