RECENT DEVELOPMENTS
TideMaster- the new Tide Gauge.
Our TideMaster water level recorder is about to enter production following our usual pre-production testing procedures. Ideal for both long and short term deployment use, TideMaster has been designed to provide an accurate, versatile and be easily deployed tide gauge for use in a wide range of fixed or portable survey / tide monitoring operations.
Optional control / display panel with OLED technology, Bluetooth, SD card memory and optional weather sensor provide a powerful instrument that is easy to use in the field. Low power consumption with both pre-programmed and user selectable sampling regime allow for up to a year of autonomous operation, whilst optional telemetry packages extend the capabilities of real time operations.
A bespoke, injection moulded housing rated to IP67 holds the electronics and allows a tool free change of batteries. A practical and lockable mounting bracket is provided for wall mounting use. Our Windows based software TideMaster Express is supplied to allow download and display of recorded or real time data from single or multiple gauges. TideMaster is compatible with a wide range of Hydrographic software and tools on the market. “TideMaster will replace the popular Model 740” commented Sales Manager Kevin Edwards. “The time is right for a change and whilst we retain the easy to use features of the Model 740, a lot more enhancements have been added with further provision for additions in the future”.
Full technical details of TideMaster can be found on the Tide Gauge page on this site. |
Perpetual Warranty Scheme
We recently launched our new 12 month Service Warranty program; from now on, ANY instrument that we service will be returned to you with a 12 month warranty, identical in all but duration to the standard 36 month warranty you get with a new instrument. What this means is:
-
If you regularly return your instrument to us for servicing, it is perpetually under warranty;
-
If you have an old instrument, you can return it to us for service, and get a brand new 12 month warranty on it.
Why have we introduced this scheme? Because we are confident in the reliability of our instruments, and the quality of work performed by our service technicians. And if we are confident in them, shouldn't you be as well? The instrument will be returned to you as close to "new" as we can make it, with the latest versions of firmware and software, all o-rings, seals and connectors checked and replaced as necessary and a pressure test certificate.
Please contact our service department for full details, or to book your instrument in for a service. |
